2. How to Request a Return
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product via email linebeacon@ecoflossstick.com and provide the following information:

Reason for return

Product photo (if damaged or wrongly shipped)

Our customer service will respond to you within 2 business days and provide the return address and handling instructions.

3. Return shipping costs
Returns due to quality issues or wrong products: We will bear the return shipping costs.

**Returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong order)**: The return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.

4. Refund Process

5. International Order Instructions
